SOCIAL EVENTS

Throughout the school year we like to host three main social events for the primary aged children and their parents. It's an opportunity for the families to get to know each other and for the children to experience some of the traditional British aspects of a school year.  In December, the primary teachers present a Christmas concert where each of the primary classes has the opportunity to sing carols or perform a Christmas themed show. It's always a fun event and afterwards we have a charity raffle for Christmas sweet treats.

In April, we host an Easter Party which includes an Easter Egg hunt as well as Easter themed crafts and games.

In September, we have a classic Family Sports Day for the whole family with parents races, a traditional egg and spoon race, sack races and more.

Throughout the year, we also have several 'Coffee & Chat' meet ups just for the parents during school hours to give parents the chance to meet others and make connections in a relaxed environment.

All our social events are hosted, organised and supported by the English 31 volunteer committee members and volunteer parents.
